Chapel - The Weekday School classes participate in a short Chapel Service each week that enriches the children’s understanding of Jesus’ love.

Music - Our Special Music Teacher teaches music weekly to all the C.D.O. and the Day School classes. The children enjoy a happy learning experience singing songs, playing instruments and learning rhymes. The classroom teachers reinforce music in their daily activities.

Motor - Fine and gross motor coordination and development, body image, auditory and visual perceptions are stressed in motor class by our Motor Specialist. Motor Development Class is held once a week for our Day School Children. Our special outdoor playground enhances the children’s motor development with supervised free and imaginative play.

Spanish - Our Spanish Teacher teaches Spanish weekly to all Day School classes.  Everyday vocabulary, books and songs are used to introduce the language and customs of Latin American countries.

Story Telling - The Story telling program is offered weekly to our CDO children in addition to their classroom literacy activities.  The teacher brings classic and contemporary stories to life with puppets, costumes, props, and songs.

Special EventsAfter School Classes - We have three after class activities for children ages 3 through Pre-K. They are ballet and tap dancing by Susan K. Bates, gymnastics by Steve Brown, and computers by "Gigglebytes".

• We offer many "In-House" Field Trips so that all the children can benefit from the experience without leaving the building. Some of those are a Fire Engine & Firemen, Puppet Shows, Officer Friendly & His Helicopter, Arts Alive, Petting Zoo, Mother Goose and Mad Science.

Westminster Summer Program - The Summer Program is a relaxed fun-filled program of creative art, outside play, and language development for the children. The children also enjoy special events such as Splash Day. This program is available two days a week in June.
